Our kitchen is vegetarian and cooks the way we eat at home. You eat up on the rooftop under the open sky, or downstairs in the Baithak with the family.
A vegetarian kitchen, run like a family one
The recipes are ours, the ones we grew up eating. Dal baati churma the way Rajasthan makes it, rich Punjabi gravies and a crisp masala dosa from the south.
Some days you'll want something lighter. Ask for a sandwich, pasta, a pizza, a shake or a fresh coffee. Tell us about allergies before you arrive and we'll plan around them.
