Terms of use and stay

This website is here to help you plan a stay. We work to keep it accurate, and some images of Jaipur are illustrations. Prices, availability and inclusions are confirmed only when we reply to your request or when you complete a booking.

Sending a stay, experience or service request does not reserve a room or a slot. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing and any required payment has been verified.

Room capacity, children and extra bedding follow the room's listed occupancy and the terms shown when you book.

The rooftop, Baithak, Kathaa, lawn and games room are shared with other guests and open at the times described.

Tours, transfers and activities are confirmed separately from your room and have their own price and cancellation terms. If a requested activity can't go ahead, your room booking is not affected.

Amounts are in Indian rupees. Any deposit, balance and applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Bookings made through other travel websites are paid and refunded according to that website's process.

We're a family home. Please be considerate of other guests and neighbours. Specific house rules are shared with your confirmation.
