1. Who we are
Jaypore360 Homestay ("Jaypore360", "we") is a family-run homestay in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. You can reach us at jaypore360@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email, optional phone number, intended dates, party size and your message.
When you book: details needed to reserve and host your stay. Identity documents for check-in are requested only when required, through a secure channel, and seen only by staff who need them.
3. How we use it
To reply to you, arrange your stay and any services you request, meet legal obligations for guest registration, and keep our records accurate. We don't use your details for marketing without your agreement.
4. Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to deliver what you asked for. For example, a driver receives your name, pick-up time and flight number for an airport transfer. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are never stored by us.
5. Analytics
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the website is used. Names, booking links and documents are never sent to advertising or analytics tools.
6. How long we keep it
We keep records only as long as needed for your stay and for the periods required by law. Retention periods will be confirmed in the final version of this policy.
7. Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing us. Some records may need to be kept to meet legal obligations.
