This is how we cook every day, and now you can too. We start with the masala box, the tin of spices every Indian kitchen depends on, and move on to the dishes we eat at home.
When it's ready, we carry it to the Baithak or up to the rooftop and eat together.
We're still finalising partners and timings for this one. Ask, and we'll tell you exactly what's possible for your dates.
